1.8V fixed positive linear voltage regulator with 220mV dropout voltage and 1A maximum output current. Features a 2.5% accuracy, 140µA input bias current, and 220µA quiescent current. Operates from a 2.3V to 6V input voltage range and is housed in a lead-free, 3mm x 3mm DFN-8 surface mount package with a 0.88mm height. Suitable for applications requiring stable 1.8V output within a -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range.
