Features a 220mV dropout voltage at 1A output current, 1A maximum output current, and 6V maximum input voltage. Operates from -40°C to 125°C in a 3x3mm DFN-8 surface mount package with 0.95mm height. This lead-free, RoHS compliant component offers a 410mV reference voltage and 140µA input bias current.
