Features a low dropout voltage of 330mV and a wide input voltage range from 2.3V to 6V, with an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 5V. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is housed in a compact 3mm x 3mm DFN-8 surface-mount package with a height of 0.95mm. Offers a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB and a quiescent current of 220uA.
