Features a 0.25V typical dropout voltage at 1A, ±2% output voltage accuracy, and excellent line and load regulation (0.05%/V and 0.5% typical, respectively). Operates from a 2.3V to 6V input voltage range with a low quiescent current of 0.12mA typical. Includes current limit, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown protection. Packaged in a 4-pin SOT-223.
