16-bit, 2-channel delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a 15 samples per second (sps) sampling rate. Features a serial 2-wire I2C digital interface and internal voltage reference. Designed for surface mount applications with an 8-pin SOIC N narrow body package (4.9mm L x 3.9mm W x 1.25mm H min) and gull-wing leads. Supports bipolar voltage input and single-ended or differential input signal types. Operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
