The MCP4162T-104E/MF digital potentiometer is a non-volatile, 256-position device with a linear taper and 20% tolerance. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is supplied with a voltage between 1.8V and 5.5V. The device is mounted in a surface-mount DFN EP package and communicates via a 4-wire SPI interface. It is compliant with RoHS regulations and is available in tape and reel packaging.
