This surface mount device offers a high 130dB common mode rejection ratio and power supply rejection ratio, with a 0.5V/µs slew rate. Operating from 1.8V to 5.5V, it consumes 300µA supply current and delivers 22mA output current. The compact DFN-8 package measures 2mm x 3mm with a 0.75mm height, suitable for lead-free and RoHS compliant applications.
