Surface mount, 1-channel power supply support circuit with a 3-pin SOT-23 package. Features a reset threshold voltage range of 3V to 3.15V, with an overvoltage threshold of 3.15V and undervoltage threshold of 3V. Operates with a supply voltage from 1V to 5.5V and a low quiescent current of 45uA. This simple reset/power-on reset IC offers active high reset with a 150ms reset timeout.
