Dual-output positive fixed LDO regulator with 3V and 3.3V output voltages. Features a maximum output current of 0.15A and 0.3A, with a minimum input voltage of 2.25V and maximum of 5.5V. This 10-pin DFN EP surface-mount component offers ±1% output voltage accuracy and low dropout voltage (0.12V @ 150mA). Integrated current limit and thermal shutdown protection enhance reliability.
