The MIC2211-SSBML is a dual linear voltage regulator with a nominal output voltage of 3.3V and a maximum output current of 0.15A. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and has a dropout voltage of 0.2V at 0.15A. The regulator has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V and a maximum absolute input voltage of 7V. It is available in the HVSON-10 package.
