Dual-output positive LDO regulator with fixed 1.8V and 2.85V outputs. Delivers 0.15A and 0.3A maximum output current respectively, with ±1% accuracy. Features low dropout voltage of 120mV at 150mA and 240mV at 300mA. Operates from a 2.25V to 5.5V input, in a compact 3x3mm DFN EP package for surface mounting. Includes current limit, shutdown, and thermal protection.
