Dual-output positive LDO regulator with fixed 1.8V and 3.3V outputs, capable of delivering 0.15A and 0.3A respectively. Features include low dropout voltage (0.12V @ 150mA, 0.24V @ 300mA), ±1% output voltage accuracy, and excellent line/load regulation. This surface-mount component is housed in a compact 3x3x0.85mm DFN EP package with 10 pins. Integrated current limit, shutdown, and thermal protection enhance reliability. Operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
