Dual-output positive fixed LDO regulator, offering selectable 2.5V and 3.3V outputs with maximum currents of 0.15A and 0.3A respectively. Features include low dropout voltages of 0.12V @ 150mA and 0.24V @ 300mA, ±1% output voltage accuracy, and excellent line/load regulation. This 10-pin DFN EP surface-mount component operates from a 2.25V to 5.5V input and includes current limit, shutdown, and thermal protection. Its compact 3x3x0.85mm package is ideal for space-constrained applications.
