Dual-output positive fixed LDO voltage regulator in a 10-pin DFN EP package (3x3x0.85mm). Features surface mount technology, 2.25V to 5.5V input voltage range, and 0.15A/0.3A maximum output current. Offers ±1% accuracy, low dropout voltage (0.12V @ 150mA, 0.24V @ 300mA), and excellent line/load regulation. Includes current limit and thermal shutdown protection, operating from -40°C to 125°C.
