Each of the three regulators provides 250mA output current with a low dropout voltage of 170mV. This surface mount component is housed in a compact VQFN package, measuring 3mm x 3mm x 0.8mm, and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It offers a quiescent current of 1µA and is supplied on tape and reel.
