The MIC2215 is a quad linear voltage regulator with three outputs, operating from an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V. Each output can supply up to 0.25A of current. The device is packaged in a 16-pin HVQCCN package and has a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. The MIC2215 is suitable for use in a variety of applications, including those requiring low dropout voltage and high line and load regulation.
