Dual-output positive fixed voltage LDO regulator, surface mountable in an 8-pin DFN EP package (2x2x0.85mm). Features 1.8V and 2.6V fixed outputs, each capable of 0.15A maximum current. Operates from a 2.3V to 5.5V input, with dropout voltages as low as 100µA. Offers ±2% output voltage accuracy, excellent line and load transient response, current limit, and thermal shutdown protection.
