Dual-output positive LDO voltage regulator with fixed 2.7V outputs, each capable of 0.15A maximum current. Features a low dropout voltage, with a typical of 12mV at 50mA, and a maximum of 75mV at 100mA. Operates from a 2.3V to 5.5V input, offering ±2% output voltage accuracy and excellent line/load regulation. Housed in an 8-pin, 2x2x0.85mm DFN EP surface-mount package, this IC includes current limit and thermal shutdown protection.
