8-pin DFN EP surface mount LDO regulator offering dual fixed positive output voltages of 2.8V and 3V. Delivers up to 0.15A per output with a minimum input voltage of 2.3V and maximum of 5.5V. Features include current limit, thermal shutdown, excellent transient response, and low output noise (30 uVrms). Typical dropout voltage is as low as 12mV at 50mA, with ±2% output voltage accuracy. Compact 2x2x0.85mm package.
