Dual-output positive fixed LDO regulator, surface mountable in an 8-pin DFN EP package (2x2x0.85mm). Delivers 0.3A per output with fixed voltages of 1.6V and 1.8V. Features a minimum input voltage of 2.3V and a maximum of 5.5V, with dropout voltages as low as 0.0001V at 100uA. Offers ±2% accuracy, 0.3%/V line regulation, and 0.5% typical load regulation. Includes current limit, thermal shutdown, and excellent transient response.
