Dual-output positive fixed LDO regulator for surface mount applications. Features 1.85V and 2.6V fixed outputs, each capable of delivering up to 0.3A. Operates from a 2.3V to 5.5V input, with a low dropout voltage of 0.075V at 300mA. Housed in a compact 1.6mm x 1.6mm x 0.55mm TDFN EP package with 6 pins. Includes current limit and thermal shutdown protection.
