The PM7347 is a single-channel ATM PHY interface IC supporting T1, T3, E1, E3, and J2 frame formats at data rates of 6.312, 34.368, and 44.736 Mbps. It operates over a supply voltage range of 2.97 to 3.63V and is functional within an operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C. This IC is designed for use in telecommunications applications.
