Radiation-tolerant 32-bit microcontroller uses an Arm Cortex-M7 core running at up to 300 MHz with single- and double-precision floating-point support. The device integrates 2048 Kbytes of embedded Flash, 384 Kbytes of multi-port SRAM, 16 Kbytes each of instruction and data cache, and a 16 Kbyte ROM bootloader. Connectivity includes dual CAN-FD, 10/100 Mbps Ethernet MAC with AVB support, QSPI, SPI, TWI, USART, UART, HSMCI, I2S, MediaLB, and external memory interfaces. Analog and control resources include 24-channel 12-bit ADC capability, two 12-bit DAC channels, timer/counter blocks, PWM controllers, a temperature sensor, AES, SHA, and a true random number generator. The operating range spans -55°C to +125°C with 3.0 V to 3.6 V I/O supply operation and radiation performance rated for 30 krad(Si) total ionizing dose.
