This single element protection IC is housed in a 2-pin SMA (DO-214AC) surface-mount plastic package with J-lead configuration. Maximum clamping voltage is 13.6V with a maximum reverse leakage current of 50µA. Operating temperature range spans from -65°C to 150°C.
