The 100EP ECL Pro clock buffer is a single circuit with two outputs, operating at frequencies up to 3GHz. It accepts LVPECL input signals and is packaged in a surface-mount MSOP package. The device is rated for a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V and a minimum supply voltage of 2.37V, with a nominal supply current of 30mA. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. The 100EP ECL Pro is not RoHS compliant due to the presence of lead.
