1-channel power supply management circuit for surface mount applications. Features a 4V to 5.5V operating supply voltage range with a typical 5V operation. Monitors a single voltage with an overvoltage threshold of 4.49V and undervoltage threshold of 4.25V. Includes active high/active low reset with a 250ms reset timeout and an integrated watchdog timer. Operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range with a low quiescent current of 50uA and a maximum supply current of 200uA. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC plastic package.
