Surface mount, 1-channel power supply support circuit with active low reset. Features a reset threshold voltage range of 2.98V to 3.15V, operating supply voltage from 1.2V to 5.5V, and a maximum operating temperature of 85°C. This simple reset/power-on reset IC offers a reset timeout of 100ms and a maximum power dissipation of 230mW. Packaged in a 3-pin TO-236-3 (SOT-23B) case, it is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
