Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply voltage, with a maximum operating temperature of 85°C. Packaged in an MSOP (3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.95mm) for surface mounting. Integral nonlinearity is 2LSB and full-scale error is 3LSB.
