Single-channel power supply management IC in a SOT-223-3 surface mount package. Features a reset function with an active-low output and a 500ms reset timeout. Monitors a single voltage with a threshold of 4.375V, adjustable between 4.25V and 4.5V. Operates with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and a maximum supply current of 200µA, with a quiescent current of 50µA. Includes a watchdog timer and is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
