Single-channel power supply management IC in a SOT-223-3 package, designed for surface mount applications. Features include a reset function with an active-low output and a 500ms reset timeout. Monitors a single voltage with a threshold of 4.375V, with undervoltage at 4.25V and overvoltage at 4.5V. Operates within a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range, drawing a maximum of 200uA supply current and 50uA quiescent current. Includes a watchdog timer and is lead-free and RoHS compliant, suitable for operation between 0°C and 70°C.
