Single-channel power supply management IC for through-hole mounting in a TO-92-3 package. Features include a 4.375V threshold voltage, active-low reset, and a 500ms reset timeout. Operates within a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range with a maximum supply current of 200uA and quiescent current of 50uA. Includes a watchdog timer and monitors one voltage, with reset thresholds at 4.25V (undervoltage) and 4.5V (overvoltage). This RoHS compliant component is lead-free and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
