Features a wide input voltage range from 1.5V to 12V, capable of generating output voltages from -12V to -1.5V (inverting) or 3V to 24V (step-up). Delivers up to 20mA output current with a maximum output power of 470mW. Operates with a switching frequency up to 45kHz and is housed in a lead-free, 8-pin SOIC surface-mount package. RoHS compliant with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
