Operates from 1V to 5.5V with a low 9µA operating supply current. Housed in a compact 3-pin SC-70 package, measuring 2.25mm x 2.4mm x 1.1mm, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. RoHS compliant and supplied on tape and reel.
