The 1N3913 is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -65°C. It can handle a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and a peak non-repetitive surge current of 300A. The diode is packaged in a DO-5, 1PIN package and is mounted via a stud. It is not radiation hardened and is not RoHS compliant.
