The 1N6008D is a hermetically sealed, glass DO-35 zener diode with a 22V zener voltage and 1% tolerance. It has a maximum power dissipation of 500mW and a maximum reverse leakage current of 100nA. The diode is rated for operation between -65°C and 175°C and is available in bulk packaging. The 1N6008D is not RoHS compliant and is radiation hardened.
