The JAN2N6802 is a hermetically sealed, 3-pin TO-39 junction field-effect transistor with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It has a maximum power dissipation of 25W and a maximum drain to source voltage of 500V. The transistor can handle a continuous drain current of 2.5A and has a maximum gate to source voltage of 20V. It is not RoHS compliant and is part of the military series MIL-PRF-19500/557.
