Offers a 6.9V reverse standoff voltage and 8.65V minimum breakdown voltage, with a 13.4V clamping voltage. This single-element silicon device is housed in an axial package for through-hole mounting and operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. Radiation hardening is included.
