The JANTXV1N6106A is a hermetically sealed, glass-encapsulated, bidirectional Zener diode with a minimum breakdown voltage of 9.5V. It is rated for operation up to 175°C and can withstand a peak pulse current of 34.5A and a peak pulse power of 500W. The diode is available in an axial package with a tin-lead contact plating and is designed for through-hole mounting. The device is not RoHS compliant and is part of the Military, MIL-PRF-19500/516 series.
