It provides a 24 V reverse standoff voltage, 26.7 V to 29.5 V breakdown range, 38.9 V maximum clamping voltage, and 15.4 A peak pulse current at the rated surge condition. The device is rated for 600 W peak pulse power with operating and storage temperature from -65°C to +150°C. It uses the DO-214AA SMB package with modified J-bend leads and a molded epoxy body rated UL94V-0.
