The YAT-3A+ is a fixed value, absorptive MMIC attenuator designed for 50-ohm systems. It provides a nominal attenuation of 3dB across a wide frequency range from DC to 18 GHz. The device is fabricated using highly repeatable MMIC processing and is housed in a compact, low-profile 2x2mm 6-lead MCLP plastic package. It offers excellent attenuation flatness and low VSWR performance, making it suitable for high-density cellular and instrumentation applications.
