This 1 W zener diode provides a nominal 10 V breakdown voltage with 5% tolerance at a 25 mA test current. It is supplied in an axial-leaded DO-41 package and is rated for operating and storage temperatures from -65°C to +200°C. Maximum zener impedance is 7 Ω at the test current, and reverse leakage current is limited to 0.25 µA at 7.6 V. The device also specifies 700 Ω maximum impedance at the knee current and a 454 mA non-repetitive peak reverse current.
