Offers a propagation delay of 15ns at nominal supply voltage and a load capacitance of 45pF. This TTL logic IC is housed in a 20-terminal ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP20) with a MILITARY temperature grade, supporting operation from -55°C to 125°C.
