This N-channel Super Trench II power MOSFET is intended for high-frequency switching and synchronous rectification in DC/DC converters. The published NCEP039N10 family datasheet lists a 100 V drain-source rating, 135 A continuous drain current, and very low on-resistance with a low gate-charge-times-RDS(on) figure of merit. The device is specified for operation up to 175 °C and uses Pb-free lead plating with a Pb-free mold compound.
