The 74LVC14A is a hex inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs. Inputs can be driven from either 3.3 V or 5 V devices, allowing use as translators in mixed voltage environments. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.2 V to 3.6 V and features overvoltage tolerant inputs up to 5.5 V. The device provides 6 independent circuits in a space-saving DHVQFN14 package.
