The PDTC124ET-Q is an NPN Resistor-Equipped Transistor (RET) supplied in a small SOT23 (TO-236AB) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. It features a 100 mA output current capability and built-in bias resistors, which simplifies circuit design, reduces component count, and lowers pick-and-place costs. This device is qualified according to AEC-Q101 and recommended for use in automotive applications, as well as digital applications in industrial segments, controlling IC inputs, and switching loads. It serves as a cost-saving alternative for the BC847 series in digital applications. The PNP complement is PDTA124ET-Q. Product release date: 5 January 2022.
