This fixed positive linear voltage regulator provides a stable 15V output with a maximum output current of 1.5A. Featuring a 3-terminal TO-220 package (JEDEC R-PSFM-T3), it operates with an input voltage range of 17.5V to 30V, with an absolute maximum input of 35V. The output voltage is precisely regulated within a ±4% tolerance (14.4V to 15.6V) with excellent line and load regulation of 0.15%. A nominal dropout voltage of 2.5V is specified, and the device supports an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
