The NTE1900 is an adjustable linear voltage regulator with a maximum output voltage of 37V and a minimum output voltage of 1.2V. It can supply up to 100mA of current and is packaged in a TO-92 case with three pins, suitable for through-hole mounting. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and has a power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 80dB. The NTE1900 is compliant with RoHS regulations.
