
The NTE5329 is a bridge rectifier with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -50°C. It can handle a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and a maximum reverse current of 5uA. The device is mounted through a hole and packaged in a SIP format.
