
The NTE6218 is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It can handle a maximum forward surge current of 2kA and a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600V. The diode has a reverse recovery time of 95ns and is RoHS compliant. It is designed for chassis mount applications and can handle a maximum forward current of 200A.
