The IL 716-1E is a high-speed, four-channel digital isolator based on NVE's patented IsoLoop spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology. It provides 2500 Vrms isolation in an ultraminiature 16-pin QSOP package. The device features two transmit and two receive channels, supporting data rates up to 110 Mbps with best-in-class propagation delay (10 ns typical) and transient immunity (100 kV/µs). It operates over a wide supply voltage range and maintains high performance without the use of a carrier or clock, resulting in low EMI emissions and susceptibility.
